Based on Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform you that:

Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis:

The processing of your personal data will be carried out based on Article 6(1) of the GDPR, i.e.:

• concluding a contract,

Data Retention Period:

• the unsuccessful conclusion of negotiations preceding the contract,
• the end of the contract period and the statute of limitations for potential claims arising from the concluded contract,
• the end of the period and to the extent required by law or for the security of potential claims,
• the time an objection is raised to the processing of basic personal data for the purpose of direct marketing of products and services,
• In the case of granting voluntary consent to the processing of personal data, until such consent is withdrawn.

Right to Access Data:

You have the right to access the content of your personal data, the right to rectify it, erase it, the right to restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority:

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Consequences of Not Providing Data:

Providing your personal data is a contractual requirement and a condition for concluding a contract. Failure to provide it will result in the refusal to conclude a contract or to present a commercial offer.

Data Recipients:

Recipients of your personal data may include our authorized employees, subcontractors, and entities we cooperate with, i.e., accounting firms, legal firms, IT companies, and marketing agencies.

Transfer of Data to a Third Country/International Organization:

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.

Automated Decision-Making, Profiling:

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
